Description

The air-conditioned Banquet hall is located on the first floor of the complex. It has an ambient atmosphere and has a seating capacity of 120 persons. Various functions like engagements, seminars, meetings, birthday parties, DJ parties etc are regularly held in the banquet hall. Advance booking of the hall is accepted at the office of the sports complex. The catering for the functions is the monopoly of the restaurant located inside the sports complex. The food plans are very attractively priced. All payments for the Banquet Hall have to be made compulsorily in the office of the sports complex. A fully refundable security deposit of Rs. 2000/- has to be made by those booking the hall. In the event of any damage caused, the security deposit will be retained by the sports complex to offset the expenses caused by repairs thereof.

RS. 2,000/- SECURITY DEPOSIT FOR ALL THE BOOKINGS.

Banquet Hall A.C. / Non. A.C. rules :

  1. The request for booking shall be entertained 90 days in advance in case of Category ‘A’, & Category ‘B’ and 30 days in advance in case of Category ‘C’ and ‘D’.
  2. Category ‘A’ will comprise of functions / programmes of the Members for their family for which necessary proof should be given. The Member’s family comprises of Member, Spouse, Children, Father and Mother.
  3. Category ‘B’ will comprise of friends and relatives of Members.
  4. Category ‘C’ will comprise of various NGOs and Charitable Trust / Institution.
  5. Category ‘D’ will comprise of Commercial Functions.
  6. The prescribed charges should be paid in advance along with confirmation of booking and receipt obtained. The receipt should be produced at the time of the programme, as and when demanded by any officials of MCF.
  7. The request for booking will be entertained from our Members only. In case of Category ‘C’, the request will be considered on merits. A request letter on the letterhead of the organisation should be submitted along with recommending letter from Member.
  8. Rs. 2,000/- Security Deposit for all the bookings.
  9. Schedule for extra charges:
    1. Tables @ Rs. 10/- each
    2. Arm Chairs @ Rs. 5/- each
    3. Electrical Extension Board @ Rs. 50/- each

    Plus GST, as applicable.

  10. Rs. 100/- per video point (optional) + GST, as applicable.
  11. LCD projector & screen will be available for Half Day on payment of Rs. 1,400/- + GST. For Full Day, LCD projector & screen will be available on payment of Rs. 2,500/- + GST. In case the party desires to bring their own equipment, it will be permitted on payment of Rs. 300/- + GST as service charges for Half Day and Rs. 500/- + GST as service charges for Full Day.
  1. Rules pertaining to refund of rental charges: –
    1. In case the party who had booked in the Category ‘A’, the Banquet Hall A/c. / Non A/c. gives notice of cancellation between 45 days to 10 days prior to the date of the programme supported by evidence of reasons of cancellation, 65% of rental charges (exclusive of taxes paid) will be refunded.
    2. In case the party who had booked in the Category ‘B’, ‘C’ & Category ‘D’, the Banquet Hall A/c./Non A/c. gives notice of cancellation within 10 days prior to the date of the programme supported by evidence of reasons of cancellation, 50% of rental charges (exclusive of taxes paid) will be refunded.
    3. The party concerned will be bound by the decision.
  1. Food services (Vegetarian only) should be availed through our Restaurant Contractor and no outside caterer or food will be allowed.
  2. 50 % advance is payable for Catering Service.
  3. 6.18% service charges will be levied towards catering & food charges.
    1. Banquet Hall Booking with Food (Lunch or Dinner) will get first priority.
    2. Banquet Hall Booking with Tea, Coffee & Snacks will get second priority.
    3. Banquet Hall without Food but with Tea & Coffee will get third priority.
  4. Minimum order for 50 persons will have to be placed, either for Dinner / Lunch or Snacks in Banquet Hall A/C and Non.A/C.
THE TIMINGS ALLOTTED WILL HAVE TO BE STRICTLY ADHERED TO IN THE NORMAL CIRCUMSTANCES. However, request for extension beyond 10.00 p.m. will be considered only on payment of actual + for extra time + Taxes as applicable per hour or part thereof in advance. No extension will be granted beyond 11.00 p.m. Extension cannot be granted as a matter of right but the same will be at the discretion of the management.
  1. In case of request from Members for Category ‘B’, the concerned Member should be present at the venue on the date and time for which the booking is made.
  2. It should be ensured that the persons attending the programme are identified without which entry will not be permitted.
  3. It should be ensured that the persons attending the programme do not interfere with the functioning of the Complex and will confine themselves to the area where the programme is being held. They will not be permitted to move around in other areas of the Sports Complex.
  4. It should be ensured that all persons attending the programme maintain proper discipline and decorum in the Complex premises.
  5. In case of the functions / programmes, Disco or D.J. Music will not be permitted.
  6. No banners or decoration will be permitted inside the Sports Complex premises. In case of meetings / seminars, one banner of the organisation will be permitted to be put up at the venue of the meeting on the day of the programme.
  7. Any damage to the furniture or the Sports Complex property will have to be made good by paying the cost as decided by the Management.
  8. Smoking / Ghutaka and Pan Chewing / Alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited inside the Complex. Any person in a drunken state will not be allowed entry.
  9. It should be ensured that the area used for the programme is kept clean and in hygienic condition failing which cleaning charges, as deemed fit, will be levied.
  10. In all matters, the decision of the Management will be final and binding on the applicant.
  11. The Management reserves the right to cancel the booking on account of “FORCE MAJEURE” or in case of any emergency or unforeseen circumstances, which may be beyond the control of the Management.
  12. No decoration will be allowed in any of the above areas.
  13. Music will be permitted within permissible limit.
  14. Banquet Hall A/c. and Non A/c. will not be given for any Political Activity or similar types of Programme.
  15. Banquet Hall A/c. and Non A/c. will not be given for Baithak, Uthavna, Obituary or similar programmes.
  16. Banquet Hall A/c. and Non A/c. will not be given for teenagers programmes like Disco, D.J. etc.
  17. On request, multiple booking to any organisation on merit will be considered by the Managing Committee.
  18. Food will not be allowed to be served in Banquet Hall A/c. and Non A/c. Only Welcome drinks, water and starter will be allowed to be served.
  19. Decision about allotment / booking of Banquet Hall A/c./ Non A/c. of Hon. Secretary shall be final.
